• Prepare all pre-award and post award contract documentation for procurement services.
• Assist proponent in writing and review specifications, statements of work, pricing method, performance terms, and acceptance criteria.
• Analysis bid responses and plan, conduct, and document contract negotiation.
• Ensure for each contract that procedure is followed, safety and technical pre-qualification are met under the guidelines of procurement and legal contracting procedures.
• Determine the required contract modifications, change order, amendment, stop-work order and termination.
• Resolve contract disputes and claims.
Support field operations, helping minimize downtime and failure rates and maximize equipment productivity.
Keep management updated for all relevant maintenance activities on a timely basis.
Coordinating with line maintenance team for day to day, preventive and turnaround maintenance activities.
Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation and execution of contracts.
Processing and maintaining the necessary documentation on contractor performance, ordered materials and contract payments.
Managing budgets and maintaining statistical and financial records
Build a data base for mechanical equipment.
Responsible for supervising the production of products ensuring a safe environment, that key targets are met, the effective management of resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. In addition to lead and motivate employees to meet business plan objectives with strong problem solving skills.
Develop and implement procedures to successfully assemble and manufacture the products.
