RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review company growth opportunities by determining new product potential for customers and evaluate risks.
• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies with plans & target revenue objectives
• Develop comprehensive situation analysis including competitor, regional and corporate SWOT analysis.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept development to product launch and post-launch evaluation
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Manage in-depth insight on market's competitive landscape.
• Meet performance objectives in line with the company objectives and ensure that weekly review of the sales opportunities against target performance of the Sales division are tracked and managed to meet personal sales targets
• Lead company product managers to implement new Product Market Launch plans with sales materials and promotional elements to increase sales of new and current products
• Review and report market and industry trends to Product Management and Business
Development.
• Coordinate with marketing, commercial development, research regulatory and manufacturing.
• Ensure services are delivered at the required level across all functions/departments within company.
• Development of the segmentation analysis for the region, working closely with Sales and the Product Marketing Manager, in order to establish the size of the opportunity, target markets and positioning.
• Monitor and provide strategic inputs into competitor marketing strategy/plans for the target segments within the region.
• Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product features and drive customer satisfaction.
• Provide local intelligence and localization of content into the marketing plan
• Update the marketing roadmap with marketing variables
