• Testing the new system before launch and report any loophole affecting the work flow
• Analyze the customers issue and solve it in a timly manner
• Save a data sheet of all obstractions to enhance the company quality
• Report any major problems to mangement
• Follow up with the customer making sure theyre fully satisfied
• Assist all patients with their needs
• Keep in touch with the patients after the service is giving (Quality Assurance)
• Report any issues for a future kaizen project
