Review HVAC drawings and assuring their compatibility to ASHRAE and SMACNA.
 Approving HVAC accessories and equipment according to the BOQ.
 Checking water and drainage plans according to IPC and UPC.
 Reviewing water supply plans, water tank sizes and supply water pipe sizing.
 Review fire fighting plans according to NFPA and project requirements.
 Authorize design temperatures and HVAC unit specifications for projects.
 Approve calculations for all the pumps in the project ( fire fighting, domestic and drainage pump)

Assessing and planning projects based on client requirements.
 Designing Drainage network for buildings.
 Water demand calculation and designing of water supply system for building and pipe sizing for the network.
 Chillers, boilers, Fans & Pumps sizing calculations according to the load demand.
 HVAC load Calculation using HAP Software.

Key Responsibilities:
 Follow up the site daily reports; electrical and mechanical; follow up the site technical and spare parts requirements, inventory control, consumable equipment and failure history.
 Keep the executive management informed of status of maintenance, technical and the cause of failure and shutdown.
 Follow up the statues of material request with the procurement and logistic department.

Mechanical Designing for high rise residential and commercial hotel and villas.
 Assessing and planning projects based on client requirements, BS and Jordanian local codes.
 Designing Drainage network for building.
 Designing water supply system for building and pipe sizing for network.
 Fans &Pumps sizing calculation according to the load demand.
 HVAC load Calculation using HAP Software.
