- Defined the structure of business and the reporting hierarchy of each employee to build an Org structure for each Business Unit for the first time in the history of ISG. - Designed a manpower plan to be shared with the BU's Head to list all open positions, job requirements. - Created and controlled the table of benefits from (G 6 – G 24). - Key member in creating and maintaing the Performance Management System PMS’ action plan. - Conducting PMS training session across the region Central, Western, Eastern regions. - Conducted awareness sessions across the regions (Western region, Central region, Eastern region) over PMS’ main orientation.
