Operation, maintenance and monitoring of the highly-available Microsoft Cloud platforms and the company's own IT systems. •implement, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Azure solutions, including major services related to compute, storage, network, and security. •Ensuring that there’s a high level of data and access security.
•Incident management and internal IT support, as a member of the on-call service.
•Install and confgure computer hardware, software, networks and applications.
•Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks.
•Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or clients and communicate how to resolve issues. •Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications. •Support the roll-out of new applications.
I worked with the company in more than one feld, but the most in networks:
1- Network design: design and create of LAN for the company's warehouse.
2- IPs structure: I did confguration for IPs of switches and routers.
3- WIFI system: Determine the Access Point in the buildings, recommend it with the network and confgure it.
4- CCTV system: Studying the types of cameras and recording devices, determining user requirements, and then installing and confguring them.
5- Firewalls: I did confguration as changed some settings, like blocking and preventing access to some websites such as social networking sites.
