My position involves a range of responsibilities focused on driving growth and expanding business opportunities. I am responsible for identifying and pursuing new business prospects, building and maintaining relationships with clients and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share. It also involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying potential target markets. I am also involved in negotiating and closing deals, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development initiatives. Additionally, I monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives, track sales performance, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
My responsibilities are working with existing clients to ensure that our product implementations are being used successfully. I also connected with potential clients to deliver demonstrations of our solutions and define implementation plans for deploying our products. I conducted on-site Business Strategy Workshops to gather requirements and define scope for solution trials, pilots and implementations. I worked to provide local support to our partners as they promote and sell our software solutions. This includes joint marketing events, sales demonstrations and implementation participation. I had regular touch-points with headquarters to refine the strategy and adjust as needed.
My scope of work was to prepare reports and analyze numbers, developing SEO strategy and marketing plans for various products. I also worked on reviewing quality control and assurance, monitoring web analytics, and internal data sources. I also reviewed and managed hundreds of product posts for areas of improvement to maximize views and resolve customer issues/feedback.
In this role I oversaw managing relationships between my foreign clients and the agency. I was also in charge of managing relationships between my clients and their 3rd party relationships. In this position, I gained an understanding and support for clients, as well as tried to influence opinion and behavior. I also used all forms of media and communication to build, maintain, and manage the reputation of my clients.
My scope of work was to manage the complete update of the company's website, create other social media pages, and develop a new employee training schedule for the different positions in MCHA.
