- Provide administrative support for efficient operation of the department activities. Timely handling of office correspondences with the highest accuracy
- Conduct employment contracts, modification and confirm it (Using Qiwa E-system)
- Maintaining employee records in an online system of the company (SEMS)
Maintaining the accurate records of Project Support Office (PSO) Department documentation, and ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
