I started my work in Salamat medical group with handling and developing the policies and procedures of recruitment and training. Then participating in the process of guidance and counseling as well as selection for new candidates through psychological tests. Also, organizing and coordinate internal and external recruitment process for medical and administrative teams. Moreover setting the job description for departments and staff.
Later, I analyzed and examined the management organizational situation, then met with department’s managers weekly where I provided original ideas and solutions to the problems that the organization have. These problems were posing a threat to its existing system. Then I worked on the development of the organizational and administrative structure of the departments. By the time I completed the internal rules, regulation and procedures of performance evaluation for all departments; I came up with the policies and procedures for the management of human resources and training.
That thing was a part of the plan to develop Salamat medical group on administrative and psychological sides. This was followed by the preparation of the goal, vision and mission as well as many researches and reports to achieve a certificate of quality in parallel with the introduction of new departments such as the department of quality control and the department of development and training. These reports set standards for quality assurance of health facilities (CBAHI).
I created a strategic development plan short-and long-term and a system to challenge competitors, opening new markets around the group to activate movement of income that time.
This followed research and market study and learning the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and then announced the jobs and I have sorted 244 biography. And I held interviews with 163 candidate then I selected a group of 32 had been trained by me at the group's training hall on the orientation training, induction to the Group objectives and policies, training in methods of trademark, industrial designs, patents, , solutions to the problems, issues and conflicts and the protection of the intellectual property internationally. Then, I selected 16 of them for the professional skills training for sales, marketing and negotiation and persuasion by psychological methods, customer service, customer care, public relations, communication skills, motivation, business etiquette and ethics.9 of the best members were recruited, Four of them have joined the sales and marketing team in Egypt and 2 for customer service within the group. And 4 were recruited agents for the four European countries; Germany, Italy, France, England and I included America and the rest of the EU to my responsibility for supporting and monitoring agents within and outside Egypt and resolving problems with agents and team work and brand protection for customers and continuing training.

It all started at Microsoft by choosing me as a secret agent for East Asia's distributors markets based on my experiences in psychology and executive training for the impartial evaluation of the performance of managers and staff and their training as needed. This was a complementary program to support the training programs provided by me to them, where I trained company's employees who were 120 employees and 18 executives and professionals, leaders and supervisors and 4 as the owners of the company on (The modern leadership and management strategies, strategic planning, motivation of employees and developing the vision and goals in a scientific and sound way). As a consultant with a background of psychology I was responsible of the nominating, interviewing and training new members for the sales team, as well as the development of the current team. Also, I established methods for customer services team to answer calls. Moreover, I invented original techniques for the sales team to follow over phone and I replied by myself on psychological customers ' consultations on the content of the training materials. In addition to, I was the one who prepared and organized the conferences and monthly events for clients as well as negotiating rewarding deals as an agent of the company. I was responsible for the details of the up-coming training programs for individuals, institutions and companies, along with creating new techniques and coaching the team work on them to ensure a consistent and stable monthly income for the academy.
The most famous customer was the world’s lecturer and leader of human development Dr. Ibrahim Elfiky who I worked with on creating the content of the scientific material and applying modern methods of marketing for his training programs such as professional diplomas in business management, sales, and human development programs. Also, resolving issues and problems of key customers, help them choose the appropriate program for them, establish a long-term relationship with old customers and grant better prospects and programs if possible. And having the sales process of companies convincing to employees and clients as possible. Moreover, negotiate new deals with various companies, travel to complete the transactions if needed, bring qualified customers to the company with providing original solutions to activate the sale and design the appropriate advertising.
