• Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
• Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
• Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers.
• Prepare and balance period-end reports, and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
Review and audit all the customer invoices that come from maintenance centrers with all their documents.
Ensure that invoices are completed and the total amount by printing an account statement for each costomer account.
Record discounts for each customer according to the contract agreement.
