with the Fatwa and Legislation Management Authority.
Procedures for investigations into administrative violations against employees and preparing a
memorandum of the procedure to be applied.
Studying warnings and notices of “civil - commercial - administrative” claims before the Egyptian
judiciary, following up on the progress of these cases, attending expert sessions, preparing notices of
appeals for the Ministry, and studying notices of appeals filed by others.
Preparing and drafting contracts concluded by the Ministry with third parties, whether “purchasing -
supplies - services,
” and following up on the implementation of contracts with the relevant authorities in
the Ministry.
Examining complaints and grievances submitted to the Ministry by members of the Egyptian Chambers
of Commerce and Industry and expressing a legal opinion regarding them.
