Handle new employee orientation and onboarding process.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Schedule Interviews, and conduct interviews for certain positions, and Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources.
Oversee and manage the government relations related issues.
Preparing and updating employment records related to hire,
transfers, promotions and terminations.
Handle services related to employees' Iqama, transfer procedures, employee records and contracts on related government platform such as Qiwa, GOSI, & Mudad.
Register new employee with insurance and handle all related insurance matters for employees in KSA.
Handle all attendance, vacation, and sickness reports in KSA.
Creating the official letters such (employment proofs, experience letters, etc.) and any other
documents.
Responsible for execution of activities related to employee relation sections including new joining formalities for new employees, orientation & induction programs, SCE (Saudi Council Engineer) Registration, New Igama, probation evaluation, Contract & igama Renewal, Internal Transfer, leave management, Ticket management, medical insurance, Gosi, disciplinary management, employee grievance, employee services, performance management, separation management, HR records, etc. Major
Responsibilities
• RespondtointernalandexternalHRrelatedinquiriesorrequestsandprovideassistance.
• Maintainrecordsofpersonnel-relateddata(payroll, personalinformation, leaves, etc.)inboth paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
• Supporttherecruitment/hiringprocessbysourcingcandidates, performingbackground checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts.
