Responsibilities as E&I Procurement Quality Engineer / Supplier quality:
• Requirement study of project/client/QMS requirements and prepare Material ITPs
• Liaising with Engineering/Projects for finalization of Purchase Order to Supplier/Vendor
• Liaising with Vendors to review & finalize Material ITP and FAT procedures.
• Tracking delivery schedule to ensure QA/QC/Inspection requirements prior to delivery.
• Pre-delivery inspections, Document review and attending Factory Acceptance Testing
• Final Material Test package/Dossier review to release dispatch clearance.
• Conducting second party audits & QHSE evaluation of suppliers

Responsibilities at project site:
• Accountable and responsible as QA/QC Lead/Manager for Project activities - All departments (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) . Specialized in Electrical & Instrumentation
• Development and implementation of Project specific QA systems through preparation of IMS documents like - QA plans, PQPs, ITPs, Checklists and Standard operating Procedures. (For all phases, from procurement to project closeout)
• Ensuring compliance on all project deliverables and obtaining client’s concurrence on the same.
• Ensuring compliance of all E&I project materials to internal and client standards
• Inspect, review, and certify the E&I Procedures, Materials & site activities t as per quality plans
• Planning, coordinating & recording Electrical and instrumentation testing activities.
• Issuance of NCR/Field notes and conducting weekly quality meeting with all stakeholders to resolve site quality issues.
• Maintaining project QA documentation in alignment with ISO 9001, PQP and IMS.
• Doing Root Cause Analysis for critical and repetitive issues at site, and implementing Corrective actions
• Generating Lessons learned for analyzing risks and implement controls on risk mitigation
• Coordinating with internal departments, vendors and sub-contractors for efficient implementation of QMS
• Preparation of bought out items ITP for factory tests/inspections. Attending FAT, FAT close out and documentation review prior to dispatch clearance
• Lead and coordinate project close out functions (phase gating stages like PMCC, MCC, CCC, FAC, TOC)

Responsibilities in IMS / Internal Auditing:
• Monitor and control revisions of IMS Manuals, Procedures and SOP
• QHSE review of IMS Procedures and SOPs
• Planning, conducting, and recording Internal Audits of different functional departments and project sites.
• Generating Audit report and communicating it to stakeholders. Recording results in IMS software Gensuite Benchmark
• Closure verification of audit findings - Correction, RCA, CAPA, effectiveness

• Working as client QA/QC Inspection Engineer for Aramco (PID).
• Overseeing QA/QC activities of Contractor, vendor and sub-vendor and control them using Aramco QA/QC tools and procedure
• Selection and approval of contractor QC personnel
• Review of all contractor procedures, ITP and all quality documentation
• Final field inspection of all Electrical and Instrument activities
• Punch listing of exception items during mechanical completion inspection
• Inspection & Control of non-conformity of materials supplied by contractor
• Escalation of major quality issues to top management.

• In charge of Quality Assurance/Control of Electrical and Instrumentation activities at site.
• Preparation of Inspection and test plan and checklists according to the specified procedures and standards of the project keeping in view of international standards.
• Incoming material inspection for conforming that the materials procured by Contractor/sub-contractor meet the project specifications and international standards.
• Document review of incoming materials.
• Inspect, review and certify the completed activities of sub-contractors and sub-vendors.
• Planning the inspection methods so as to take the project to pre-commissioning stage with minimum time and resources.
• Planning, coordinating and overseeing Electrical and instrumentation testing activities.
• Planning and executing inspection/testing activities to adhere to client billing cycles.
• Conducting internal audits for ensuring QMS and L&T-SOP implementation. Generating audit reports.

• In charge of Quality Assurance/Control of Electrical and Instrumentation activities at site.
• Factory inspection of control panels at vendor facility.
• Expediting of design approvals, purchase orders, materials and testing activities for vendor supplied materials.
• Conducting expediting visits at vendor site, involving in their design issues, giving timely solutions and following up the pending works till dispatch of material.
• Preparation of Inspection and test plan and checklists according to the specified procedures and standards of the project keeping in view of international standards.
• Incoming material inspection for conforming that the materials procured by Contractor/sub-contractor meet the project specifications and international standards.
• Document review of incoming materials.
• Inspect, review and certify the completed activities of sub-contractors and sub-vendors.
• Planning the inspection methods so as to take the project to pre-commissioning stage with minimum time and resources.
• Planning and finishing inspection/testing activities to adhere to billing cycles.
• Completion of ITRs and obtaining construction completion and mechanical completion certificate from client.
• Preparation of MCC Dossiers to get completion certificates.

• Responsible for the Maintenance of Qatar foundation (Client) facilities like HVAC, Fire water system, Fire Protection/detection and central and utility plants associated with it.
• Scope monthly and weekly PPM activities and estimate required man hours/materials.
• Lead a team to troubleshoot the problems and do corrective maintenance.

• In-charge of QA/QC Activities related to Instrumentation
• Conducting site surveillance and making surveillance reports. Raising Non-conformance reports if site activity is not as per inspection and test plan.
• Resolve any discrepancies between completed works and quality documentation, suggesting techniques to improve quality to avoid further non-conformities.
• Ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements.
• Reviewing the vendor or supplier documents, Method of statements, certificates of site personnel or site equipment, Calibration certificates of test equipment.
• Review redline drawings before preparing as-built drawings, preparing and reviewing Mechanical completion (Turn over) dossiers.
• Handled E&I works related to HVAC works in process plants.

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of field Instruments & Control systems by following up the complaints and modification requests from plant operators.
• Identifying and solving the issues in control logics used in process.
• Supervising Installation and periodic calibration of field Instruments.
• Engineering and execution of in-house projects, reviewing project drawings, procuring instruments, erection, cabling, termination, testing, loop check and functional testing.
• Shut down and preventive maintenance works.
