forecast levels of demand for services and products
- conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality

Following up on and Tracking purchasing operations from purchase orders to delivery orders when goods arrive.
- Preparing all Customs and GAFI required documents for import and export.
- Following up on and Tracking vessels and flight schedules to follow up our shipment
- Planning routes and load scheduling for Export and Import shipments
- Booking in deliveries and liaising effectively with suppliers, retailers and consumers
- Managing the entrance and exit of the goods to / from free zone as the company is forced to GAFI authority.
- Monitoring and tracking the flow of goods into the warehouse
