I’m working in a consulting office contracting with Almarai Company, Miemar Al-Mamlakah for Investment and Real Estate Development, Also There were some private projects.
my job in these projects was to manage the projects and supervise the performance of the designers (structural and architectural plans, energy efficiency, security and safety).
I also acted as responsible for schedules in order to avoid any delay or error in the required documents.
I also prepared technical reports on the condition of the buildings and made survey reports for the buildings.
I also did all the paperwork required for government agencies such as municipalities, civil defense, electricity company, etc.
I also became aware of all aspects of these transactions and worked as a collection officer, customer liaison officer, and marketing officer.

I supervised and followed up the construction and finishing works on some
projects:
-Reading charts and graphs and making necessary adjustments to them.
-Receipt of projects.
-Reviewing the executive plans for the assigned and required works.
-Quality control, performance standards and specifications required for the
project.
-Define and distribute responsibilities to the team within the project.
-Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and various
departments to provide assistance and technical support.
-Follow up on achievements and set delivery dates
