Construction of New Substation Al Salamah-2, Al Khumrah & Taif TPS 110/13.8KV SS.

The construction of fully automated (IEC 61850) new 110/13.8kV GIS substation with 3 incoming 110kv feeder bays, 3x110/13.8kV, 50/67 MVA Power transformers, 3x7 MVAR 13.8kV Capacitor Banks as per SLD, along with associated MV switchgear and civil works including 34 outgoing 13.8kv cable feeder bays in substation.

Engineering, design and procurement of electrical equipments for Oil and Gas and Infrastructure based projects which includes major equipments like Switchgear, Transformer, UPS system, DC battery sizing, charger sizing, cable sizing, Electrical control system, DG set..
Preparation of Techno-Commercial offer for project proposals on Engineering Procurement Installation and Construction (EPIC) basis.
Preparation of KEY SLD, Earthing layouts, Cable Tray/Trench layouts for various areas in plant
Preparation of Engineering Drawings and Design Documents (single line diagrams, Specifications for HT & LT switchgears, Interconnection diagrams, protection coordination for various systems, sizing calculations, layout requirements etc).
Review of Vendor documents for LV/HV Switchgears, Transformers, soft starters etc., and Comply with Vendors wrt scheme of the project.
Project Co-ordination: Coordination between vendors and Client, Inter departmental co ordination, Preparation of the monthly Project Reports, Organizing & Conducting review meeting with Project engineers and team.
Installation, Testing & commissioning of Power Transformers, Switch gear, LV and MV cables

Calculations of required gensets, Transformers and power supply cables for various types of plants and tower cranes.
Installation, commissioning of Plants like Crusher, Sand Screen, Wet mix Batching, Flake Ice plants, Chillers and Tower Cranes.
Troubleshoot & Maintenance all the Machinery and Equipment with Electrical & Electronic Control such as PLC based control panels, AC/DC drives, Soft Starters (For Mixer, Feeder, Slewing Control etc.)
Commissioning and troubleshooting of HT/LT electrical equipments like Transformers, Motors, and Circuit Breakers..
