Manage on all related GROW Coaching and feedback program.
Responsible on all related training program for employees includes (Internal &External) program.
Working on all relating Development Recruitment Process.
Responsible for the whole recruitment process that includes CV Analysis, Vacancies Analysis Source and Selection, Interview appointments, Onboarding, off boarding, Performance appraisals, etc.
Preparation of all HR Reports including (Hiring, Termination, Analysis, Promotion).
Work to manage process recruitment including (CVs Analyzer - Recruiter as the vacancies - Select & Appointment - Recruitment procedures - performance appraisals - interviews) .
Development & Appraisal All the Polarization sources of manpower.

Responsible on All Related of Recruitment Plan .
Preparation All Recruitment Report & Decision including (Hiring, Termination ) .
Responsible on All related for saudization percentage process .
Work to update manpower information (weekly - monthly).
Working and supervising on all related (Human Resources Development Fund).
Working and supervising on all related HR transaction
( personnel Affiars - identification letter - administration decisions )
Work to manage process recruitment including (Recruiter as the vacancies - Select & Appointment - Appointment procedures - performance appraisals- interviews) .
