Drawing the committee’s plans according to its levels, based on its general policy and its objectives, and following up its implementation after its approval. Implementing and circulating the committee’s systems, regulations, decisions, instructions, and circulating them. Providing the committee’s needs for programs, projects, resources and necessary equipment. Towards goals, addressing problems and finding solutions to them.
Estimate the quantities of all items in the table of quantities B.O.Q - Estimate the quantities according to the approved plans of the project - make sure that the quantities on the monthly report do not exceed the quantities in the table of quantities B.O.Q
Receiving construction materials, inspecting them and matching their quantities, types and specifications - Supervising the loading and unloading process - Helping customers choose what suits their request, responding to their inquiries and issuing the invoice - Inventorying the contents of the shop, and organizing records
Assist in preparing the work site - Coordinate work with subcontractors - Assist in tracking daily quantities of subcontract and main contract - Continuous supervision of the project - Coordinate with supervisors - Assist in calculating project quantities - Plan the project schedule.
