Scope of work: A mega project in Alamin with almost 2 billion EGP. It contains civil work, finishing work, and MEP work for a mega project.
Duties:
- Prepare and arrange all interim invoices for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Study the shop drawings, the specifications, conditions of the project contract, and the other documents of the project.
- Prepare the monthly interim invoices for the owner/client.
- Prepare and submit Quantity take off sheets.
- Prepare approval requests for materials adherence to project’s specifications and follow up the handing over to the consultant
-Participate in investigation committee for received materials
Project: Ministry of Defense (MOD) in New Capital, Cairo, Egypt.

Scope of work: One of the biggest construction projects in Egypt with a huge budget. It contains civil work, finishing work, and MEP work for a mega project (mega buildings, power stations, infrastructure.... etc.).
Duties:
- Coordinated between the different departments of the project.
- Studied the shop drawings and the other documents of the project.
- Attended meetings with the client and consultants to track the project and coordinate with the client, the consultant, and our various departments.
- Reviewed project documentation, prepare our correspondence and distribute the incoming letters for each department and follow the actions for them.
- Tracked, analyzed, and reported project status, quantities, plans and reports, in addition to supervising the site progress.
- Prepared various reports and presentations for top management such as weekly site progress, material status, design status, and procurement status.
Projects: Palm Hills Golf Views, Palm Hills Golf Extension PH2, PH3, PH4, Palm Hills Wood Ville & Palm Hills Palm valley in Sheikh Zayed city, 6 of October Governorate, Egypt.

Duties:
- Coordinated between the consultant, the factory, and the site.
- prepared the quantity survey, the invoices, and review and checking the shop drawings.
- Prepared and arranged all interim invoices for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepared the monthly interim invoices for the owner/client.
- Prepared and submit quantity survey sheets.
- Represented the company at meetings & tackled the technical issues.
- Created and maintained project documentation.
- Tracked, analyzed, and reported project status, plans and reports, in addition to supervising the site.
- Involved in project management under PM from initiation to closure and acted as a deputy project manager.
An Experienced and qualified professional instructor of AutoCAD and Revit having command over both
software.
