- Prepare the monthly interim invoices for the owner/client.
- Prepare and submit Quantity take off sheets.

Duties:
- Coordinated between the different departments of the project.
- Studied the shop drawings and the other documents of the project.
- Attended meetings with the client and consultants to track the project and coordinate with the client, the consultant, and our various departments.
- Reviewed project documentation, prepare our correspondence and distribute the incoming letters for each department and follow the actions for them.
- Tracked, analyzed, and reported project status, quantities, plans and reports, in addition to supervising the site progress.
- Prepared various reports and presentations for top management such as weekly site progress, material status, design status, and procurement status.
