-معرفة نظرية وعملية جيدة بتخطيط تدريب وتنظيم وتطوير الإتصالات كمنظومة متكاملة وفقا" للدراسات الرياضية الأكاديمية. معرفة جيدة بشبكات الحواسب والألياف الضوئية وشبكات الإتصال عبر الأقمار الصناعية وربطها وتكاملها جميعا" مع بعضها والتحكم بالأقنية وبنظم إرسال البيانات وغيرها من المواضيع الأخرى المرتبطة بها مع توفر كافة وأحدث المراجع في هذا المجال.

I worked for fifteen years as a senior repair and test and maintenance engineer on a wide variety of radio, telephone, and switching communication equipment for naval and signal corp.
I worked for many famous communications company in the installation, testing, training and repair of radio, microwave, and switching communication systems. Some of these company include the English Racal company, Swiss Crypto company, German Siemens company, and American Harris company.
I have much theoretical and practical knowledge in the planning, training, organizing, and developing of communication systems using modern mathematical and scientific studies. I also have much experience in using computer and satellite and fiber optic communication network.
I have good knowledge with latest advanced and different type of wireless and Sat Com smart antenna systems.
I had engineering subscriptions in THURAYA satellite communication project in 1999 in UAE and IRIDUM project in 2000 in KSA, and was correspondence with SATPHONE - UK -in 1998 .
I am ready and looking forward to be examined comprehensively in satellite communication questions in any of the languages : English, Russian, or Arabic. I will send a copy of my diplomas and certificates as well when (if) required .

Service Engineer Certificate on communication equipment obtained from the SWISS Crypto Company 1978. Military and technical translator and interpretor certificate in Russian language obtained from Naval Academy Grechko in the city of St. Petersburg in Russia, in addition to English language.
High Naval college in Baco in Azerbijan (former soviet union) in the specialety of radio communication and broadcasting 1971. Communications engineer: Master of Art in Military Science Diploma obtained fro Signal Academy S.M. Budionny in the city of St. Petreburg in Russia, 1984.
