Job Role:
Supervising the follow-up of work to ensure that the required quality is achieved.
Developing and following up on the work of the various departments in the project.
Follow up on costs and expenses to ensure that they remain within the specified level and do not exceed the budget.
Estimate and identify potential risks and determine clear strategies to manage and deal with them if they occur.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports and following up on completion rates according to the schedule.
Completing the final stages of each section of the work.

Construction of 7 villas in Al Malqa and 4 villas in Al Rawdah.
Construction of 2 villas in Al Nada and 3 villas in Al Yarmouk.
Construction of 1 villa in Al Narjis and 1 villa in Al Falah.

Supervising the implementation of construction items from concrete and finishes.
Preparing shop drawing schemes& project schedule.
Preparing inspection requests for the consultant to deliver the completed works.
Projects: Construction of 100 residential buildings in the administrative capital. Construction of Banque Misr Rasheed Branch. Construction of Mansoura National University. Job Role: Examination of receipt requests submitted by the contractor for normal construction work. Receipt the works of executing the regression lines in the sewage network. Receipt of landscaping works and internal roads. Ensure that technical specifications are applied to all project items. Review the working drawings and samples submitted by the contractor for approval.
Projects: Construction of the Delta Marina Tourist Village. Job Role: Supervising the implementation of construction items from Concrete and finishes. Preparing inspection requests for the consultant to deliver the completed works. Preparing daily and monthly reports for on-site activities. Prepare Invoices for contractors and Quantity surveying. Coordination between subcontractors for easy implementation works.
