Position roles:
• Pricing based on P&L and competition: in a way that matches or beats
competitors' quotations, but meanwhile maintain desired gross margin and net
profit.
• Preparing and submitting professional technical and commercial proposals.
• Designing professional kitchens solutions layouts (AutoCAD) based on
customers’ specific requirements and site survey.
The Standard layouts includes the following:
• layout A: The general plan and the main distribution of equipment.
• layout B: Interior wall plan (block + plaster)
• layout C: Electricity distribution plans and load capacities, which must be
commensurate with the available loads on the site.
• layout D: Plumbing schemes for water and sewage commensurate with the
equipment supplied to the project.
• layout F: Gas wiring plans and organizations required internally and externally.
• Create detailed drawings for each item) iso drawing).
The Project overall supervision includes the following:
• Post implementation review of the site preparation contractors’ work to ensure it is in accordance with the plans presented
by us to avoid any errors in manufacturing and installation.
• Communicate with suppliers to request equipment and obtain the lowest prices for such equipment.
• Follow up:
• the financials with suppliers of equipment.
• the manufacturing processes of my orders with the factory.
• the delivery of orders and supervise the implementation and installation.
• on the collection of orders and financial claims to provide the necessary liquidity for the factory.
Additional roles related to marketing:
• Guidance and follow up with web designer to redesign and update of the factory website, and printed marketing materials
(factory profile, …etc.)
• Targeting new key customers (global chains of restaurants) and positioning our house manufactured products.
• Work on the development of custom-made products to suit with the requirements of customers in a competitive pricing.
• Launching of a new design for commercial refrigerators.
Position roles:
• Position our company’s capabilities to win integrated projects through personal relations and field research for new projects
proposed by investors or consulting engineering offices or other construction companies.
Marketing roles:
• Direct contact with decision makers of potential clients (owners of projects including hotels, prestigious projects) and/or
indirect through interior design firms.
• Successfully closed several deals for profitable projects.
Business development role (throughout KSA):
• Building a database of potential corporate customers and key prospects.
• Establishing business relationship with construction companies, consultants, and large interior design firms as well as end
customers (projects’ owners).
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders.
• Successfully positioned and sold our products to be implemented in several prestigious projects (Hotels, Palaces, corporate
HQs)
• Full supervision of the implementation of our products.
• Managing the relation with the manufacturers of our products locally and overseas in addition to the contract with the
competent manufacturers of complementary materials for our products, such as steel, glass, wood and gypsum factories.
• Handle objections by clarifying and negotiating agreements/contracts and working through change orders if required to a
maintain customer satisfaction and project profitability.
