Responsibilities :
* Prepare the technical data sheets TDS for electrical products .
* Draw some products on autocad to be as a reference .
* Reply on customer's technical questions on calls and by mails .
* Make some visits to location site if required .
* Send reports everyday to management clarifying rate of support to customers and their feedback .
