* Main Responsibilities :
• Analysis and design of steel structures including (Plants, Factories, Warehouses, High Rise Buildings,
Industrial Buildings, Pipe Racks, conveyors.)
• Creating structural systems, modeling analysis, design and preparation of structural drawings.
• Design different types of connections using Idea Statica, RAM, Limcon as using of one them depends
on the type of the connection.
• Create and compile accurate calculation sheets, suitable for submittal to Third
Party reviewers.
• Liaising with other designers, including architects and mechanical, to agree on safe designs and their
fit with the aesthetic concept of the construction.
• create RFI’S (Request for information) and CRS’S (Comment Resolution Sheet) to relate with the
architects and Mechanical to illustrate construction issues.
• Performing staged construction methods using sap2000 and STAAD Pro.
• Review and verify design drawings and other technical documentation prepared by others to ensure
correctness and accuracy in form and functionality.
• Coordinate with workshop drawing to avoid any clashes.
