Job Responsibility:
• Providing support to employees on various topics related to human resources such as leaves, compensation, and resolving any problems that may arise.
• Screening resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Data analysis such as turnover rate analysis, training cost, training evaluation, recruitment platform cost, and medical insurance cost.
• Collaborate with hiring managers hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for
improvement.
• Prepare annual training plan based on training needs and organization needs.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
• Preparing monthly payroll statements.
• Maintaining employee files and entering them into the HRIS.
• Track and follow up employee's attendance, leaves, overtime and absences.
• Generate reports and analytics to support strategic HR decision-making.
• Preparing internal regulations and ensuring their compliance with labor law.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Develop and maintain content for recruitment marketing materials
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding for new hires
Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Provide orientation and necessary information for the onboarding process.
Prepare and update job description cards for all employees.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Presenting the suggestions submitted by the company’s employees to the manager, as well as the complaints.
Create systems for account management, inventory management and sales management.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all order details are complete and accurate.
Preparing monthly payroll statements.
Organize PR events (e.g. External Exhibition, Annual meetings and Open
Days)
Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
Recruitment, interviewing, interview evaluation.
Prepare and update job description cards for all employees.

Analyze employee performance evaluation models.
Manage health insurance programs.
Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare sales invoices, preparing daily sales report.
Preparing accounting entries
Preparing monthly payroll statements.
Oversee inventory valuation and maintain accurate cost accounting records
Monitor and track inventory levels
Reconciling actual inventory numbers with the amounts recorded in the system.
Prepare regular reports on inventory valuation, turnover and other relevant metrics.
Provide support during internal and external audits.
