Health and safety consultant in four construction sites and water transmission pipelines in the Al Batinah line
Weekly inspection of the sites with the contractor and the client to ensure the safety of the workplace and the work environment
A daily visit to work sites to ensure the safety of the workplace and to ensure that labor laws and safety instructions are followed
Conducting a weekly and monthly meeting with the client and the contractor to follow up on all issues related to the health and safety
Increasing health and safety awareness at all levels within the company.
Developing risk mitigation strategies.
Investigating all injuries and accidents.
Writing reports on all injuries and accidents.
Monthly monitoring of fire equipment checklist
Making sure emergency exits are clear from obstacles.
Making sure that all staff know the location of where the first aid kits are.
Carrying out safety audits.
Conducting fire drills.
Maintaining accurate administrative records of any emergency drills carried out.
Participating in fire prevention programs.
Identifying potential safety or fire hazards.
Developing emergency procedures.
Ensure that the contractor complies with the advisory instructions and maintains licenses and supporting certificates
Ensuring the site HSE Rules & Regulations
Conducting HSE induction Programs
Conducting/ Attending HSE Review Meetings
Daily HSE observation.
Conducting periodical mock drills.
HSE Reporting
Monitoring the HSE TBT Meetings
Review HSE Near Miss Reports
Selection and use of PPE
Ensuring HSE Legal Compliance on site
