Daily journal entry ( Receipt vouchers, Cash discounts and any needed entries ).
Review and process normal returns and expired returns.
Issue monthly SOA's and balance confirmation letters to sales team and follow up until get required acknowledgements
Reconcile some of customers accounts when needed
Perform surprised stocktaking for van salesmen
opening a new customers account and updating any account if needed
