• Visit existing and new clients and projects.
• Negotiate technical, commercial and construction
management terms with main contractors and Subs.
• Prepare cost estimates, offers, compliance statements,
and material technical submittals.
• Managing payment collection for ongoing projects,
pricing items to new specifications, and preparing
contract extensions.
• Executing, reviewing, and editing works of the main
networks with connections to the infrastructure networks
(Irrigation, Water supply, Sewage, and Storm drain.
• Assigning and following up on works to a subcontractor,
quantity surveys, making final invoices, materials
purchase orders, and ensuring the completion of the
works at the agreed time.
• Solving surveying problems related to infrastructure
networks.
• Establish project requirements with the manpower and
heavy equipment needed to complete the project.
• Ensure safety requirements are applied during
excavation works.
• Supervising the finishing works and interior
modifications of the offices on different
departments and meeting rooms of the agents.
• Maintenance and renovation of furniture and
accessories.
• Making daily arrangements with the security
departments.
• Business development to find the best service
provider to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Communicating with the store's customers on
social media accounts.
• Implementation and follow-up of the daily orders
according to the customer's desire.
• Solving problems of late orders with the logistic carrier
and technical team.
