• Assume overall responsibility for a profitable, well-constructed, safe project, completed in a timely manner.
• Managing the construction site (concrete, rebar, scaffolding and finishing works) and coordinating with the MEP department.
• Coordinate construction activities with the client, subcontractors and Company personnel.

• Supervised the establishment of the hotel and apartments, which had a total area of 220, 190m2 and a project area of 37, 456m2.
• Oversaw the supply and installation of all interior design elements such as marble, plastering, gypsum board, paint, wallpaper, and wood cladding, as well as furnishing.
• Published weekly look-ahead schedules and ensured a realistic project schedule was in place
