• Assume overall responsibility for a profitable, well-constructed, safe project, completed in a timely manner.
• Managing the construction site (concrete, rebar, scaffolding and finishing works) and coordinating with the MEP department.
• Coordinate construction activities with the client, subcontractors and Company personnel.

• Oversaw the supply and installation of all interior design elements such as marble, plastering, gypsum board, paint, wallpaper, and wood cladding, as well as furnishing.
