Hired in a project with BOT for 8 months to assist Elie Saab accounting department:
Prepare bank and cash reconciliations, prepare and maintain journal entries, prepare payrolls and salaries, process accounts payable, prepare and check invoices and other documents for processing, verifies statements, assist with financial audit, enter transactions, assist with NSSF transactions, and other general accounting duties as assignment.
Conducting all accounting transactions and ensuring the integrity of the accounting system. Conduct data entry of all transactions, receipts and payments, invoices and purchases. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met. Ensure all accounting documentation is received, calculated correctly, and approved. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
