Implementation of workflows of remote sensing analysis (data acquisition, re-projection, geometric correction, radiometric correction, classification, and map production).
Computation of availability of forage biomass matter hence shortage (deficit) or redundancy (surplus) of pasture in different administrative levels (locality-wide, state-wide and country-wide) scales.
Establishing of control points and control points network (observation, processing & check).
Preparing stake-out data from design drawing and sheets.
Data collection for geographic information systems (GIS).
GIS data storage, data processing, data display and data analysis using Arc Map.
Analyzing data using plans, maps, charts and computer applications such as CAD and GIS.

Responsibilities
Collect and analyse data to map the land for civil engineering and construction projects. This includes:
•Stakeout of drilling location, well pads, establishment of geodetic control points network, bathymetric survey, route selections and supervision.
• Maintenance control points net work (Observation & Check).
•Preparing data from design sheets and drawings to stake-out in the field.
•As-built maps of Pipe line, towers, transmission lines, water-supply and treatment facilities.
•Detail survey of roads.
•Topographical surveys, boundary demarcation.
•Data collection for geographic information systems (GIS).
•GIS data storage, data processing, display and analysis using Arc Map.
•Carrying out of geometrical designs and drawings using Autodesk software.
•Drawing charts and maps using computer aided design (CAD).
•Analyzing data using plans, maps, charts and computer applications such as CAD and GIS.
