• Following up the implementation of the sales manager and the operations manager instructions with the concerned departments.
• Arranging meetings with sales manager and the operation manager.
• Arranging meetings with current clients in order to follow up our performance.
• Conducting meetings with new clients to take new projects.
• Preparing tender documents to win new projects.

• Identify customer needs and fulfilling it with proper bank’s products or services.
• Handle customers requests/inquiries related to their accounts, products & services in a professional manner & serving all customers regardless of segment up to the level of customers' satisfaction.
• Promote & sell bank products/services to achieve the yearly targets.
• Migrate customers to various channels ( Online services, ATM, Cheque deposit box, SMS)
• Ensure that brochures are up to date and in place
• Carry/Handle efficiently custody items, keys as per custodian matrix & relevant P&P
• Adhere to Branch Operating Model.
