Responsible for quality control, technical evaluation and monitoring for all types of crude and fuels produced in Sudan Fields (GNPOC, PE and STAROIL) as technical consultant of Ministry of Oil. Co-operating with senior chemist of operating companies for monitoring of an effective chemical used based on field trials and lab evaluation. Direct Crude oil and fuels Sections Supervision the receipt of samples from sample management department Emphasis on matching the required tests with possibilities of lab. Prepare SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for lab. Develop a work plan and distributes tasks and business employee using LIMS. Directly responsible for the smooth running of routine crude oil analysis and technical consultancy services as well, as progress and performance of research projects for both units. Responsible for sophisticated and specialized equipment (fixed asset) used in downstream labs. Checking out and approval the result of tests Doing presentation to companies and customers for services provided by the laboratory. Involving with production companies in existing and proposed project (Conduct specialized studies or participate in it). Prepare the monthly report of section Administrative supervision according to ISO 9001and ISO 17025 Recommends the purchase of new equipment to upgrade the capability of the unit. Directly responsible for annual operational expenditure (i. e maintenance, Calibration chemical, glassware, and all the consumables)
Identify the training needs for subordinates. Evaluating the performance of subordinate and submit them to downstream director Prepare a report for problem facing and solution proposal for it. Responsible to generate revenue to achieve targeted sales figure for the applicable financial year. Directly responsible for annual operating expenditure (equipment, maintenance, chemicals, glassware, traveling, etc.) totaling.
