During my time as a realtor, I have averaged 2 deals per month over the course of a year. Additionally, I won an internal competition twice in which all offices in St. Petersburg and Moscow participated. The competition was focused on registering as many clients as possible on our website and maintaining active communication with them. Furthermore, I was offered the opportunity to take on leadership roles such as managing new hires or acting as a trainer for incoming staff.

Responsibilities that I performed:
-Generated leads, developed and maintained relationships with clients, and closed sales deals.
-Conducted property tours, provided accurate property valuations, and made recommendations to clients.
-Managed property listings and provided support to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
