My current responsibilities include managing several important areas of the organization, namely:
1) Personnel training and development area, where I am developing from scratch a comprehensive training programme for all employees;
2) Motivation area - creating and implementing motivation programmes for employees;
3) Recruitment area - development of a quality recruitment system and timely positions’ closing.
4) Leadership of coaching and recruitment teams
Key projects:
- Launch of an online training system from scratch.
- Update and improvement of personnel motivation plans.
- Implementation of an alignment and mentoring process
- Creation and implementation of a personnel evaluation system, including a labour pool.

I had 3 direct reports: two designers and a co-ordinator. Sometimes I involved 2-5 trainers in projects.
Responsibilities and achievements:
- Created a training digitization department from scratch.
- Organized the process of converting training into digital content for internal e-learning platform without compromising quality.
- Supported e-learning system in the process of creating, assigning, customizing (updating content) e-courses and tests for employees.
- Prepared regular reports on department performance and as requested.
- Created and managed global training projects with deployment to 18 countries.
- Oversaw and delivered international training projects for onboarding, outplacement and exclusive employee development projects (such as Wharton, etc.).
- Built a reliable collaboration process between local and international teams on global training activities.
Key projects:
- Make your day training project. Half-yearly online training to familiarize employees with the possibilities of new digital specialities. The project also aimed to improve existing soft skills.
- Online Web-design training programme. Designed and delivered a 2-month online training programme for employees in a new speciality. The programme consisted of 16 online meetings, 8 homework assignments with feedback and a final project.
- Designed and successfully delivered the Style of the Age training programme. As part of a long outplacement process, the aim of this programme is to keep employees' soft skills (communication skills, including intercultural, emotional intelligence) up to date to help them adapt quickly and with minimal stress to new working realities.
