Alignment with turnaround schedules.
The responsible for the successful planning, coordination, execution, and closure of major plant
team, supervising mechanical activities and ensuring
shutdowns (turnaround), ensuring safe, efficient, and timely completion of maintenance and project
tasks. The teams work spans across multiple engineering, operational, and safety disciplines.

Manage workload and prioritize resource to ensure all work
is completed on time:
Attend Kick off meeting with customer / consultants to understand\]
specifications and requirement and efforts required for timely
completion of the order.
Managing Team and assistants for Rotating Equipment Breakdown
jobs such as overhauling, Inspection, assembling of pumps and|
compressors
Supervise scheduled data collection like Vibration, Temperature,
Process parameters, Lube Oil samples
sequencing of jobs around a critical path, sizing of work crews
based on job estimation, and preparation of an overall schedule.
Inspection coordination with customer / Third parties.
Handle various types of valves viz., Control valve, Mechanical
valves, ESDV & Motor operated valves, Check valve & Pressure,
safety valve
Handle inspection and testing of various types of Pressure relief\]
valves, Pressure-Vacuum valve, Vacuum relief valves, Pressure
regulators and tank protection valves.
Handle inspection & Servicing of various types of actuators viz.,
Spring & Diaphragm, Piston spring return, Piston Double Acting,
MOVs etc.
Handle different types of Instrument installation along with
accessories, tapping, tubing, calibration and commissioning.
Handle different types of conirol panel installation activities, like
junction boxes, server cabinets and DCS cabinets.
