• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
• Create job adds, post them, and Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Bayt.com, Smart Recruiters, and other professional networks

• Ensuring new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware/software and distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines, as needed.
• Hosting all onboarding sessions.
• Aligning new employees with managers and their teams and communicating involvement procedures to all stakeholders.
• Providing reporting and project updates to the team's manager.
• Ensuring compliance with all processes and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

- Plan and organize training and development programs for all staff.
- Coordinate the handover of new employees to relevant HR team members.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics, proposals, and suggestions.
- Conduct training and orientations for new hires within the HR department.
- Responsible for the hospital’s social media and promoting its reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

- Updating and maintaining policies and procedures.
- Maintaining human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, termination, and changes in job classifications, as well as tracking attendance, vacation, sick, and personal leaves.
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
- Full-time teacher with full management and responsibility for the development of seven separate classes of grades four, five, and six. (Years 0 and 1)
- Effectively teach classes, as allocated, to a mixed-ability class, drawn from a wide range of cultural and educational backgrounds, including students for whom English may not be their first language
