• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
• Create job adds, post them, and Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Bayt.com, Smart Recruiters, and other professional networks
• Create and update job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
•Create salary recommendations and send them to top management for approval.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and newly hired employees.
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview feedback forms and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.

• Crafting and sending communication with information about the company, onboarding agenda, and equipment handover.
• Ensuring new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware/software and distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines, as needed.
• Hosting all onboarding sessions.
• Aligning new employees with managers and their teams and communicating involvement procedures to all stakeholders.
• Providing reporting and project updates to the team's manager.
• Ensuring compliance with all processes and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• Representing IKEA on social media and promoting its reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
