• Troubleshooting of different brands Servo Drives faults (SIEMENS SINAMICS, Parker, SEW Euro
drive, Yaskawa SERVO PACK.
• Hand-on experience of TechnoPak packing machines, Trivi lamination, proofer, Meincke Oven,
Imaforni Oven, Gorreri mixer, Modulator, Weishaupt WG 30 burners and Newsmith basket
wash.

• Installations, Operations, Trouble-shootings and Maintenance of Tetra
Pak Filling and Packaging Machines & Downstream Equipments.
• Performing the TPMS of A3 speed and A3 Flex, DIMC Unit, TS30
, Cap Aplicator47 and Accumulator Helix.
• Performs the Customer TPMS and weekly Service of machines.
• Perform the Overhauling of A, B, C valves.
• Troubleshooting of Line Controller and Dry Lubrication system.
• PLC System & Jokab Safety System
• Trouble-shoot & rectify Device Net Communication fault.
• Packaging Material and Package Integrity.
• Excellent Knowledge and understanding of Sterile System.
• Filling System and Design Control System Interaction.
• Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.
• Maintain and troubleshooting on Electrical System, Electronics Control System and Automation
PC of TP Machines.
• VFD (Power flex 4 and 40), TPIH (Packaging Material
Sealing), Kinetix6000, AC Motors, Servo System.
• Maintain and troubleshooting on Mechanical System, Hydraulic
System, Pneumatic System and Central Lubrication System of TP
Machines.
• Excellent Knowledge and understanding of PLMS and KPIs.
• Responsible for smooth and safe production in all aspects.
• To take safety precautions before commencement of the job.
