• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including the RFX process (RFQ, RFP, RFI) and full Procure-to
Pay (P2P) cycle, from purchase requisitions (PR) to purchase orders (PO) and supplier management,
ensuring compliance with local content requirements and procurement policies.
• Manage maintenance procurement for facilities, AC systems, cold storage, and operational equipment.
• Handle inventory control operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability of spare parts across
multiple regions.
• Negotiate and manage local and international supplier contracts, ensuring cost efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct vendor evaluation and performance assessments to maintain a reliable and high-performing
supplier base.
• Support feasibility studies by conducting cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and supplier comparisons to
support strategic decision-making.

• Monitored inventory levels to ensure flowers availability in multiple regions.
• Raised and followed up on claims with international suppliers regarding defective products.
• Negotiated with local suppliers to secure the best prices and timely deliveries.
