January 2025 - Present

Project:
Client: Khazna
Main Contractor: ALEMCO/ALEC
Package Lead: Fire Protection £15m, Fuel Oil System £10m

Oliver is currently engaged on a Tier lll DC 200MW project, which represents the fastest-moving and most technically
challenging projects of his career to date. The pre-construction stage will be completed in Dec 25. His role involves overseeing
the Fire Protection and Fuel Oil system design through to completion, working closely with MEP consultants RED and
SUDLOWS, as well as subcontractors NAFFCO and Crest.
The Fire Protection scope covers the installation of Pre-Action and Clean Agent Systems, both engineered to safeguard
sensitive and mission-critical data centre areas.

The Fuel Oil System scope covers the full design and coordination of fuel storage tanks, transfer and return piping, filtration
units, and automated control systems to ensure safe and reliable fuel delivery to the generator sets. A key challenge lies in
the interface between the fuel oil network and the diesel generator systems—where both mechanical and control interlocks
must operate as one integrated system. This requires detailed coordination across mechanical, electrical, and control
disciplines to achieve seamless functionality & safety compliance in line with consultant and project standards.
