▪ تقديم المشورة للإدارة العليا بشأن شؤون الموظفين.

▪ ضمان الامتثال للوائح والقوانين.

التحول الرقمي والبيانات:

▪ استخدام الأنظمة الإلكترونية مثل (Qiwa، Madad، Muqeem) لأتمتة
المهام.

▪ استخدام أنظمة التشغيل مثل (Iktifa، NamaSoft). استخدام البيانات لاتخاذ

authorizations.
Document Archiving: Maintaining organized financial records and
supporting documents related to treasury operations.
Cash Inventory & Reconciliation: Conducting periodic and
surprise cash counts while identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Financial Reporting: Preparing periodic financial reports to
evaluate and monitor the companys cash position.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company financial policies,
procedures, and applicable tax regulations.

Received incoming goods and verified accuracy of items before
recording them in inventory systems.
Classified and organized materials in storage areas according to
established safety and handling standards.
Stored products in designated locations to maintain order, protect
assets, and ensure easy retrieval.
Recorded all inventory movements, including receipt,
disbursement, and transfer, using appropriate documentation and
programs.
