• Endeavor to log& resolve all complaints during the shift.
Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
• Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.

« Carry out additional tasks as instructed and as reasonably requested by
management.

• Monitoring all costs in the outlets and recommending measures to
control them.
• Assisting in ensuring that all company and restaurant policies,
procedures, and minimum standards are implemented.
« Assisting in monitoring and analyzing the activities and trends of
competitive restaurants.
• Planning and implementing effective sales and promotional activities
to ensure maximum revenue.
Coordinating and implementing all promotional activities for the outlet.

« To ensure working discipline and smooth teamwork between services
and other departments.
• To ensures that all rules and regulations according to the company
guidelines are in use.
• To make sure the setup is done according to the manual.
• To provide guest satisfaction & handle guest complaints appropriately.
• To help the restaurant manager in organizing the daily work as per
operational requirements.
• To coordinate service, opening and closing of the restaurant.
• To stay well-informed on all promotions, novelties, and changes in the
sales program.
• To continuously trains subordinates & ensure that the employees
receive daily on-the-job training.
• To maintain good communication between the kitchen and restaurant.
