• Coordinated with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure shipments complied with agreed
Incoterms and contractual obligations.
• Reviewed quotations, purchase orders, and sales agreements to verify appropriate Incoterms were applied,
minimizing commercial and logistical risks.
• Provided guidance to sales and operations teams regarding Incoterm selection, shipping arrangements, customs
requirements, and landed cost considerations.
