Plan, build the infrastructure for the company and
implement the system for auto system covering all
divisions:

• Establishing & managing new system within the
company organization and integrated divisions to help
and support the business requirements plan in the
trade.
• Start establishing the warehouses system including
the inventory and costing wise and prepare the facility
with the support tools and kit.
• Training the fields team such as the cooling
technician and supervisors on the Best Practice Tools
through the mobile field services for each process.
• Establishing and managing the right system for the
assets data base tracking.
• Monitor and ensure that all sales orders measured
based on the agreed KPI`s with the principal.
• Develop the Division team plan to ensure the right
implementation with the right KPI`s by providing the
right assets with the right shop size.
Key Achievements:
• Achieved the system Implementation within the
agreed time.
• Prepared and build the system setup with all
equipment and tools preparation to support the field
assets requirement.
• Achieved the agreed KPI`s with the clients and shared
online dashboards in weekly and monthly basis
• Achieved the response time target for the data base
reports on weekly and monthly basis.
• Achieved the and tracked the cost centre for each
transaction per each contract
• Achieved the financial reports and reporting to the
monthly closing (Invoicing Auto Runing).
• Achieved the 90% of assets data accuracy for the
assets in the trade.
• Achieving the 95% of the inventory cross all depots
and running the monthly closing reports for financial
closing
• Achieved the workflow process setup for all service /
transaction type
• Held and conduct all trainings for all the staff which
related to the portals and screen menu
• Achieved and observed the data base uploading
• Achieved and observed time frame for implementation
• Developed and trained all key users as per their
positions and responsibilities
• Achieved the plan for externa users training on the
system portal
• Conducted the training for the HR and Payroll team
