The Mattress store showroom. (Furniture store: including Luxury beds Vispring and
beddings, Englander, Sunpan, Hilker, Ergomotion, Osim, Ferdown, Fjords, Lazy Boy
furniture.)
Responsibilities include:
• Sales of furniture and equipment.
• Experience with POS retail system.
• Selection of furniture and equipment. Prepare FF&E Specifications.
• Interaction with customers, selection design and fabrics.
• Prepare Design Concepts and Mood boards for presentation
to Clients.
- Supervise daily operations, resource planning, and logistics coordination.
• Work with Clients to design spaces to meet their standards.
• Calculation of estimates and specifications, creation invoices.
• Preparation of documentation for registration of designers and another related documentation.
- Provide reports and recommendations to the CEO.

The object of the builder: Apartments for living 35-120 sq.m.,
apartments for resort rent 22-120 sq.m., private houses 200-1000 sq.m.,
church of the New Martyrs and Confessors of the Russian
Church, country houses 170-2000sq.m, exhibition space, uzbek cuisine restaurant, shopping center,
yacht, Interior furniture salon-shop, security company, exhibition space.

Responsibilities include:
• Draw up Plans such as Floor Plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Electrical Plans, etc. (ArchiCAD)
• Project management and development from start to finish, ideas, design, supervision, interaction
with technicians and subcontractors.
• Translation of documentation and drawings from foreign construction companies into Russian
language.
• Work with Clients to design spaces to meet their standards. Prepare Design Concepts and Mood
boards for presentation to Clients.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Selection of furniture and equipment. Prepare FF&E Specifications.
• Purchase of furniture and equipment.
• Coordinate and organization meetings with Contractors and Suppliers.
• Technical supervision of the construction process.
• Checking the working documentation for compliance with the tender.
• Рreparation of equipment specifications, BOQ (Bill of quantities), verification and compliance with
MAF(material approval form)
• Development of facade elements: facade stone, elements of arches and window structures,
entrance groups, columns, staircases.
•Development and drawings of street elements of landscape design: metal fences, railings.
•Development of interiors bedrooms, nurseries, public areas, movie theater, gym, Elevator
lobbies.
• Assistant head of a construction company in the calculation of estimates and specifications.
