Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers, advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques (trying to find features each properties, and make it more popular in web market portal), consultation to owners and buyers regarding market price and market stability, follow up owners and buyers (make nice friendly relationship, be interested and follow their request and needs), try to manage nice price of properties what will be suitable for both parts, arranging meetings, making agreements, working with complains (minimizing)

Recommend products which will suit the customers lifestyle, skin type, shape, colouring and age, selling high quality beauty product, greeting customers and determining their needs and wants, giving advise and guidness on product selection to customers, keeping up to date with new ranges of products, fragrances, product promotions, providing customers a facial or make over( day make, smokey, glamour, wedding), monitoring stock levels and sales.
