Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules in Primavera P6 for an HVDC transmission programme covering multiple high-voltage substations and a GIS expansion.
• Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and schedule health checks against the DCMA 14-Point assessment to ensure schedule quality and reliability.
• Track procurement and supply-chain deliverables, linking equipment and material delivery dates to construction and commissioning activities to identify risks early.
• Monitor project progress, update actuals, and produce variance and forecast analysis to support on-time delivery.
• Prepare executive status reports and visual dashboards (organized by circuit/outage window), including energization forecasts and risk-flagged activities.
• Coordinate schedule inputs with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams in a multinational project environment.

• Built a Gantt-based tracker for cable-termination works across the remote-end sites
and used it to put together a recovery plan that pulled projected completion forward
from November to 9 September; the plan included splitting termination work from
one crew to two at the busiest site to match the workload.
• Set up a weekly material-tracking report that compares supplier delivery dates
against the previous week — logging quantities ordered vs. received, whats still
outstanding, the latest committed date, and how many times each promise had
moved — which surfaced delays early and held suppliers accountable to their dates.
• Pushed to expedite long-lead items that were holding up the remote-end scope,
bringing insulator delivery forward from August to June and the SAS panel from July
to June.
• Maintain the Primavera P6 master schedule for the remote-end scope of four HVDC
substations, tracking the critical path and flagging slippage before it reaches the
energization milestone.
• Track delivery and site-readiness for more than 9, 000 electrical and civil
components across the four sites, tying procurement status back to the construction
activities that depend on it.
• Produce the weekly progress report — S-curve, planned vs. actual, and a watch list
of at-risk activities — and run DCMA 14-point checks on the schedule before each
update goes to the client.
• Follow civil, installation, and testing & commissioning progress on site and reconcile
it against the approved baseline.

• Supported the planning team on the same HVDC programme — updating P6
progress, entering actuals, and keeping milestone data clean.
• Got a close look at how an EPC project moves from engineering through
procurement to construction, and where schedules tend to slip.
