• Developed and maintained baseline and updated schedules using Primavera P6, aligned with contract
scope, drawings, BOQ, and resources.
• Monitored actual progress against baseline, performed variance analysis, and implemented corrective
and preventive actions.

and equipment based on site conditions.
• Conducted Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis, float tracking, and delay impact analysis, supporting
Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Planned and optimized manpower, materials, and equipment through resource and cost-loaded
schedules to meet project milestones.
• Coordinated civil, architectural, and MEP activities to ensure proper sequencing and avoid execution
conflicts.
• Prepared and presented daily, weekly, and monthly reports including S-curves, manpower
histograms, dashboards, and KPI analysis, along with cash flow forecasts and recovery plans.
• Attended internal and client progress meetings, presented schedule updates, highlighted risks, and
proposed recovery and acceleration plans.
• Developed and monitored cash flow forecasts, progress-based payment plans, and cost performance
indicators.
